How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders within India are usually delivered in 5 to 8 working days, depending on your location and other factors like public holidays or bad weather.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
For some areas in Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

The courier company is selected based on your delivery PIN code.
What if tracking shows “Delivered” but I have not received the order?
This is rare, as the parcel is often received by a family member, neighbour, flatmate, or office mail room.
In genuine cases, we will investigate the matter with our courier partner. The investigation may take up to 10 working days.
If found valid, we will refund the full amount to the customer.
⚠️ If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, please inform us within 48 hours. After this time, it may be difficult to take action, and we will not be responsible for any loss.
