Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Return Terms:

Please inform us about any issue within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).

If you receive the wrong product or face a size issue, you can request an exchange within 7 days.

We can exchange the product for the correct item or another size of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we will arrange reverse pickup.

If you choose a product of higher value, you must pay the difference amount online.

The product must be returned with the original sticker label attached, properly folded, and packed safely. Otherwise, the exchange will not be processed.

Refunds are given only in genuine cases of defective products. You must email us with order details, issue description, and clear photos of the defect.

In rare cases where a return is accepted (without delivery issue), ₹100 will be deducted as reverse pickup charges.

Refunds will be sent to the same bank account used for payment or to your provided bank details.

Slight colour or design differences may occur due to display settings. Such variations are not eligible for return or refund.

If the defect is caused due to customer handling, refund will not be processed.

Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if conditions are not met.

Only one exchange/return request per order is allowed.

Used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products bought during sale or with discount codes are not eligible for refund.

Free exchange for size issues, but no refund for size issues.

To Request an Exchange:

Kindly email us at connect@melasings.com with following details:

1. Please mention the products you want in exchange: 

Product Name <> Colour <> Size 

2. You can then write "I want to change the colour or size to..."

3. Mention your Order ID (It's a ID that must have been sent on your email):

Please note we only provide free exchanges only once per order. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations cannot happen once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
